Hi Reader,
Happy Friday. 😊
Have you ever been in a time of your life when you are working on and thinking about so many things, it becomes so overwhelming, that you hit a wall and don't know which way to go?
Well, that's where I'm at this week and I wonder if you are there too. If you are, I hear you, and I think that I have to listen to myself when I suggest to others that they should focus on one small task at a time. Huge to-do lists and massive goals create overwhelm.
I think that's the reminder for both of us this week. Stop and take a minute. Choose one small thing and start there.
So this week's newsletter is just a note to say hello, how are you doing, and I hope that you are okay.
Take a breath this weekend. Exciting things are ahead, but we just have to take one step at a time toward them. Have a great weekend.

Some Weekly Joy
Even during busy or overwhelming weeks, I try to notice the small things that make me smile. This week my son is home from college for a small break. He and the life he brings throughout the house has certainly brought a smile to my face and in my heart. ❤️
